LaToya Preston is a native of Georgia, known for her compassionate concern for her community and her ability to touch lives. Enthusiastic about the success of others, she is a mentor, an advocate, and an educator for the growth and development of today’s Foodservice workers and is dedicated to causes concerning their welfare. LaToya understands the deeply rooted correlation between nutrition and achievement. With over 20 years within the food industry, LaToya uniquely meshes her career in nutrition and food administration and the achievement and success of the young adult and senior population.

Bridging the generations through “Wise Choices” has allowed her to grow in the knowledge of the effect food and nutrition have on healing for the mind, body, brain, and spirit. LaToya has shared her knowledge as a CDM, CFPP with hundreds of Foodservice workers across several States. Her call to duty has paved a way for her to build relationships while building communities. LaToya Preston has always had a passion for helping others achieve goals with a cheerful outlook.
